How to find us
We’re in the heart of Brunswick County in southeastern North Carolina, 25 minutes northeast of Oak Island, 20 southeast of Southport, 30 southwest of Wilmington and an hour northeast of Myrtle Beach.
The sappiest place on earth
There’s a neon sign on the camp store wall that says so. Most of what happens here shows up on Facebook and Instagram first, event dates included.

What is the quickest way to reach you?

How do I book the rental RV?
By phone. It is not on the online calendar, so that we can set it up for your group before you arrive.
How do I change or cancel a booking?
Use the link in your original confirmation email, or write to hello@inthepinesrv.com. Before anything else: call 910.845.5040 and we will move your trip free of charge, even if you do not have new dates yet. The credit sits on your account until you do.
If you would rather cancel outright: seven or more days before arrival, a full refund less a $10 administrative fee. Under seven days: you lose two nights, or three on a holiday. Within 48 hours of arrival: the whole stay.
Extending a stay you are already on carries no change fee, subject to availability. There are no refunds for weather or for leaving early: travel insurance is worth considering. The full policy.
Can you hold several sites for a group?
Yes. A school has booked all cabins before now. Call the office and we will work out the layout with you rather than leaving it to the booking engine.
Do you answer at the weekend?
The office is open daily, 9 to 5. Out of hours, email and we will come back to you.
