These terms and conditions govern your use of this website. They are deliberately short and in plain English. They are not the terms of your stay, those come with your reservation.

This website is operated by In The Pines RV & Cabin Village, 1600 George II Hwy SE, Bolivia, North Carolina 28422. By using it you accept what follows. If you do not, please do not use the site, but do feel free to call us on 910.845.5040 instead.

What this website is

It is where we describe the park: the sites, the cabins, what there is to do, what is nearby and what the rules are. It is published in good faith and we work to keep it accurate. It is not a contract, a price list or a guarantee of availability.

Bookings, rates and availability

This is the part worth reading twice.

• Your reservation is made in our booking system, not on this site. Clicking Check Availability takes you to NewBook, where the terms presented at the time of booking (payment, cancellation, check-in and check-out times, pet fees) are the ones that apply to your stay. Payment is taken in full when you book; if you would rather pay a deposit, call the office and we will take the booking by phone. Read them there. They govern, and they prevail over anything on this website.
• Rates and availability are live, and they change. Any figure described anywhere on this site is indicative. The price for your dates is the price the booking calendar shows when you book, or the one the office quotes you.
• An obvious error is not an offer. If a rate, a date or a description is plainly wrong (a typo, a system fault), we may correct it and decline the booking rather than honor a mistake. We will tell you promptly and refund anything taken.
• Staying here means following the park rules. The park rules form part of your stay. We can ask a guest to leave for serious or repeated breaches, as those rules describe.

Information on this site

We describe the park as honestly as we can, and where a fact is not confirmed we mark it rather than guess. Even so: seasons change, hours change, a facility can close for maintenance, and a page can go out of date between your reading it and your arriving. If something matters to your trip (a rig length, a pool date, an accessible cabin, a pet question), call and confirm it. We would much rather take the call.

Our content, and yours

The text, photographs, design and code on this site belong to In The Pines RV & Cabin Village or are used with permission. You are welcome to:

• read, print and share pages for your own, non-commercial use;
• link to any page here, without asking;
• quote us with credit, journalists should see the press page, and we will happily supply high-resolution photographs.

Please do not copy the site wholesale, scrape it, resell our photographs, or use our name or marks to suggest an association that does not exist. If you send us a photograph, review or anything else for us to publish, you are telling us you have the right to it and giving us permission to use it on the site and in park marketing, with credit where you have asked for it. You keep ownership of it.

Reasonable use

Do not try to break the site, overwhelm it with automated traffic, probe it for vulnerabilities, misrepresent yourself, or submit anything unlawful or abusive through our forms. We may block access where that happens.

Links to other places

We link to beaches, restaurants, state parks, ferries, festivals and our own booking system. We do not control any of them, and a link is not an endorsement or a warranty. Once you leave this site, the other party’s terms and privacy policy apply, not ours. The what’s nearby pages in particular describe places that set their own hours and prices.

No warranty, and the limits of our liability

This website is provided as it is. We do not promise it will be available without interruption or free of error, and to the fullest extent the law allows we disclaim implied warranties about the site itself.

To the fullest extent permitted by North Carolina law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this website, a trip planned around a page that was out of date, for example. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or our obligations to you as a guest once you have booked. Those are governed by your reservation and by law, not by this page.

Which law applies

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, and the courts of Brunswick County, North Carolina are where any dispute about them would be heard. Before it ever came to that, please call the office: almost everything is fixable by talking to us.

Changes to these terms and conditions

We may update these terms and conditions. The current version is always the one on this page, with its date at the top. Continuing to use the site after a change means accepting it.
